If the price of the same product decreases within 7 days after your purchase, we will refund you the price difference. The product must be the same model, same colour and same configuration.
To request a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a screenshot or link showing the lower price.
After verification, the price difference will be refunded using the original payment method.
Please note that the 7-day price guarantee applies only to price reductions on our official website. It does not apply to special clearance sales, limited-time promotional codes, bundle offers, pricing errors or prices from third-party platforms.
Here’s How It Works
Please submit your request to us by email or phone within 7 days from the original purchase date.
The price guarantee applies only to the same product, same model, same colour, same configuration and same sales region.
After successful verification, we will refund the price difference using your original payment method within 3–7 working days.
If no request is submitted within 7 days from the original purchase date, you will not be entitled to a refund of the price difference.
Exceptions
The 7-day price guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
price changes caused by limited-time promotions, flash sales, seasonal sales or special campaign prices;
discounts applied through voucher codes, coupon codes or personalised offers;
price differences caused by currency fluctuations, exchange rate changes, shipping fees, tax adjustments or payment processing costs;
products purchased through third-party platforms, marketplaces, resellers or unauthorised retailers;
clearance items, open-box items, refurbished products or products marked as final sale;
pricing errors or obviously incorrect prices displayed on the website.
The price guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through our official ByteTecpeak website.
