30-Day Risk-Free Trial & Free Returns

At ByteTecpeak, we want you to feel confident when choosing your mobility aid.
You may test your product at home for 30 days from the date of receipt. If the product is not suitable for you, you may return it free of charge within the 30-day return period, provided that the return conditions below are met.

1. Trial Period

The trial period is 30 days from the date you receive the goods.
Within this period, you may request a free return if the product is not suitable for your needs.

2. Permitted Use

The product may be tested carefully and lightly during the trial period.
A return is possible if:

  • the product is functional;
  • the product has only been used normally and lightly;
  • all accessories, manuals, chargers, batteries and supplied components are returned completely;
  • the product is returned in its original packaging where possible.

3. Return Costs

Within the 30-day trial period, we cover the return shipping costs for eligible returns.
Standard delivery and eligible return shipping are free of charge. The customer does not need to pay any additional return shipping costs if the return conditions are met.

4. Return Request

You can request a return in one of the following ways:

  • by email: service@bytetecpeak.uk
  • through your order details, where available, by submitting a return request and selecting or stating: “Not satisfied after trial”

Please contact us before returning any product. We will provide the correct return instructions and return label where applicable.

5. Processing

After receiving your return request, we usually process it within 1 business day.
If your return is eligible, we will provide you with a free return label or arrange the appropriate return method.

6. Refund

After we have received and inspected the returned product, your refund will usually be processed within 3 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Return Conditions

A free return within the trial period is possible if:

  • the return request is submitted within 30 days from the date of receipt;
  • the product has been used only normally and lightly;
  • the product is functional;
  • all accessories and supplied components are returned completely;
  • the product is not damaged due to improper handling.

8. Exclusions

The 30-day free trial and free return policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • missing accessories, chargers, batteries, manuals or supplied components;
  • damage caused by improper use, incorrect operation or negligence;
  • intentional damage;
  • damage caused by accidents, falls, water, moisture or external impact;
  • heavy signs of wear that go beyond normal trial use;
  • products that are no longer functional due to improper handling;
  • unauthorised modifications, repairs or disassembly.
